Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship throughout the UK using Royal Mail
- Free delivery is offered on certain gifts. If the gift includes free delivery you will find this in formation in the product information.
- Express Delivery is offered on all hampers valued over £25.00. We use a Royal Mail 24 hour tracked and signed for service as we have found this to be the most reliable option.
- Standard Delivery: Royal Mail 48 hour tracked for delivery on all item under £25.00
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are currently £6.95 for 24 hour express delivery and £3.95 for 48 hour delivery.
Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping We currently only ship within the UK.
Special Care Our baby hampers are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery of all items.
When a gift cannot be delivered. When a gift cannot be delivered and is returned to us we will contact you and check the delivery details supplied. We can then issue you an invoie to delivery the gift again at your cost.
