    Does In The Box Baby Hampers sell gift cards?

    Yes we do. You can choose the value of the gift card and once you have added it to your basket along with a message for the recipient and their email address we will send the gift voucher to them.

    Can I add a message to my gift?

    Yes you can. We know how important this is. There is a message box on each product page. Tell us what you would like to say and we will handwrite the gift card and ensure it is in your hamper.

    Are your products handmade?

    Yes, some of our baby booties are hand crocheted, ensuring each pair is unique and crafted with attention to detail. We take pride in offering high-quality artisanal items that make our baby hampers truly special. Some of our gift boxes are handcrafted too, as are our pictures and nursery prints.

    What are your product sizing details?

    All of our sizing details are UK sizes. If we have not included the size of the baby clothing in the hamper description, it will be either newborn, 0-3 months or 3-6 months.

    Our baby hampers typically include a delightful mix of baby clothing, toys and new baby essentials like baby blankets, soft muslins and chocolates. Each of our hampers is thoughtfully curated to provide a variety of thoughtful, useful and adorable products that new parents will appreciate and love.

    Can I customise my own baby hamper?

    Yes you can. Our hampers can be customised to suit your preferences. You can choose specific items, colours and add a gift message. Just let us know and we will work to create the perfect baby hamper for your needs. Or you can curate your own baby hamper, without our input. Go to the "Create your own baby hamper" option in the drop down menu and shop away. We will pack it perfectly for you.

    Do you make your own hampers?

    Yes we make our own hampers. Each one is designed, collated and packed right here in the In The Box Baby Hampers headquarters. We are really proud of our hampers and pack each one with the love and care that it deserves. We love what we do.

    What happens if Royal Mail cannot deliver my gift?

    If Royal Mail cannot deliver your gift it is usually because the address information is incorrect. Royal Mail deliver the gift back to us. This can take some time. We contact you and ask for address clarification. We then issue a new invoice to you to cover the cost of the new postage fee.

    How do I track my baby hamper?

    If your gift was sent using the 24 hour Royal Mail signed and tracked for service, you can use the Royal Mail "Track a parcel" app for the delivery details.

    What are your shipping costs?

    Shipping costs vary depending on the hamper. Some hampers have free shipping. This would be indicated in the bullet points item description on the product page.

    Most of our hampers are £6.95 for a Royal Mail 24 hour signed and tracked delivery. For items under £25.00 the cost is £3,.95 for a 48 hour Royal Mail service which is neither tracked nor signed for.

    Do you include billing details in the hampers you send out?

    No we never do that. All of our billing is electronic. There will not be any payment information in any hamper or baby gift.

    What are your shipping details?

    We aim to dispatch on the next working day from receipt of your order. We use Royal Mail for most of our orders as we have found them to be the most reliable and secure service. Most deliveries are signed for and tracked express services.
